To register as a student and apply for exemptions, applicants must obtain registration and  Exemption forms  from ICAG Secretariat or the  website, Completed forms should be returned to the Secretariat together with registration fee of GH¢100.00 and subscription of GH¢100.00. Applicant who qualify for admissions and exemptions would be required to pay the applicable registration and exemption fees. An applicant must be at least 16 years and possess any of the following

The Council of the Institute of Chartered Accounts Ghana wishes to congratulate all candidates who have written the institute’s examinations under the new policy of writing across levels.

Candidates should however take note of the following remainders:

  • Level 1 candidates who have only one paper to complete the level ( if so desire) can write it together with a maximum of four papers in level2.
  • Level 2 candidates who have only one paper to complete the ……

A BRIEF PROFILE

A Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG)and The Liberian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (LICPA). Served on the Education and Training Committee of the LICPA and actively participated in the review and development of LICPA country specific subjects (Public Sector Accounting, Taxation and Business Law) in order to provide study materials for the Accounting Technician Scheme West Africa (ATSWA) program for participating Liberian students.

Also served as lecturer of Financial Management and Advanced Financial Management for the LICPA Professional Credentialing Program intended to adequately prepare students aspiring to become Certified Accountants. The LICPA through this intervention has produced about fifteen (15) Certified Accountants in collaboration with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana.

Founder and Head Pastor of the Gateway International Church, Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of GIWU Foundation, a Non-Governmental Organization providing Christian Teaching, Logistical (financial and material) support to orphanages within Montserrado and Margibi Counties, Programs to be extended to other parts of Liberia depending on resource availability.

Currently serves as Senior Manager and Head of Internal Audit of the Liberia Airports Authority/Roberts International Airport.

A devote, Born-Again Christian and Church leader, graciously married and blessed with five blessed children (four boys and a precious queen).

NIM’NE ELLIOTT MOMBO, Sr., CPA, MBA, is a dynamic, detail oriented CPA (Maryland, USA), with an MBA in Accounting (George Washington University), and a certificate in Financial Management (Harvard University). He is a top rate professional with broad experience in public and corporate accounting, and the Managing Partner of the Liberian office of a global firm. He has proven analytical, problem-solving and system re-engineering skills for accounting and operations issues, and has excellent written and oral communication skills. He is proficient in US GAAP & US GAAS; and also proficient in IFRS, ISA and INTOSAI.  He is Immediate Past President   of the Liberian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (LICPA).

Steven D. Seimavula hails from town called Mano Gleh, Porkpa District, Grand Cape Mount County. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree in Accounting from the University of Liberia. He is a Chartered and Certified Accountant, a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) based in the United Kingdom (UK). He is currently a partner at PKF Liberia, a member firm of PKF International.

Before joining PKF Liberia in 2012 he served as country Financial Controller of Ecobank Liberia from where he got seconded to Ecobank Nigeria, the largest affiliate of the Echobank Group where he served as head of performance management in the Department of finance. Steve, as he is popularly known, also worked with Coopers & Lybrand which later merged with Price Water House to form Price Water House Coopers (PWC) as well as Voscon Incorporated now Baker Tilly Liberia. Steve has also taught at the Stella Maris Polytechnic and the LICPA/ICAG preparatory program.

Steven is an astute finance professional with over 25 years of experience in financial management, auditing, financial reporting and control in a number institutions including world class multinational companies. He has also under gone a member of technical and leadership training programs both in Liberia and abroad.
