Papin Daniels is a Chartered Accountant with over fifteen years of working experience in the area of Financial Management. Mr. Daniels holds two master’s degrees in Finance and General Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh Business School (EBS), UK, and the Cuttington University Graduate School of Professional Studies, Liberia, He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a professional member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants- Ghana, Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accounting, UK, and the Liberian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (LICPA.
Mr. Daniels also serves as Director of Donor Financed Projects with one of the specialized units (Project Financial Management Unit-PFMU) at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planing. He is the vice president of the Liberian Institute of certified Public accountants, a lecturer in Public Sector Accounting and Finance at the LICPA, and an accounting lecturer at the Arthur Barclay Business College, Stella Maris Polytechnic University.
